ABC NEWS – Shareholders of PT Pertamina (Persero) massively overhauled the company’s board of directors and commissioners today.
Shareholders retained Simon Aloysius Mantiri as the company’s President Director. Meanwhile, the position of VicePresident Director was filled by Oki Muraza, replacing Wiko Migantoro.
The decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the fiscal year 2024 at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, Thursday (12/6/2025).
In addition, the AGM also appointed Jaffee Arizon Suardin as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure, Agung Wicaksono as Director of Business Transformation and Sustainability and Andy Arvianto as Director of Human Resources (HR).
Meanwhile, M Erry Sugiharto, who previously served as Pertamina’s HR Director, now serves as Director of Business Support.
“At the same time, the GMS also stipulated changes to the Board of Commissioners of Pertamina,” said Pertamina VP Corporate Communication Fadjar Djoko Santoso in a press release on Tuesday, June 12, 2025.
The position of Vice President Commissioner of Pertamina this time is held by Vice Minister of Investment and Downstream Todotua Pasaribu. Meanwhile, the Independent Commissioner is Nanik S Deyang.
